QUOTE OF THE WEEK
WHAT’S THE GAME PLAN?
3 Mindset Shifts for a New Month
This past month, I’ve been thinking less about hustle and more about headspace.
These three mindset shifts helped me reset.
Maybe one of them will hit home for you too. ⬇️
1. FILTERING OPINIONS
Sometimes people give advice from a place of love, but not experience.
When you're starting a new chapter, everyone has something to say. What I’ve learned is this: don’t take advice from just anybody. Take it from people who’ve been where you want to go. They know the road, the risks, and the reality.
2. PRACTICING GRATITUDE
Last week, my journal was full of complaints. After reading it back, I didn’t like how it made me feel and I knew I had to change the energy.
So I challenged myself to write three full pages of things I was grateful for.
It wasn’t easy at first, not because I don’t have good things in my life, but because I had gotten used to focusing on what was going wrong.
Turns out (not surprisingly), when you focus on the good, you find more of it.
I realized that some of the things I had been complaining about were small. Writing three pages of gratitude helped me see how small those things really were in the grand scheme of things.
3. CHOOSING DISCOMFORT OVER COMFORT
“Easy has a cost.” - James Clear
Easy feels nice.
Easy is safe.
Easy is comfort.
It might sound ironic but, what I’ve realized is chasing an “easy life” can actually make things harder in the long run.
If I think about where I want to be, staying comfortable now might feel easy, but it can lead to a harder place later. I have to continuously ask myself: is it really easier to stay where I am now, or is it harder to end up somewhere I don’t want to be?
I think I know the answer.
That’s the game plan.
Remember, 1% better every day, and small wins are WINS!
NO MOTION, NO MAGIC TEES
These No Motion No Magic tees are a reminder about motion.
Just like the grind, each one is unique and perfectly flawed
with faded ink and worn edges.
Because real motion isn’t smooth. It’s rough, raw, and imperfect.
But that’s exactly where the magic happens.
Stay tuned for the drop. Here’s a sneak peek. 🔥
