The Fck It Mindset

You know what? Fck it.
That’s the mindset for this year.

If you don’t know what the “fck it” mindset is, it means you’re willing to say “fck it” to fear, self-doubt, overthinking, and the need for approval.

The “fck it” mindset isn’t negative.
The “fck it” mindset is positive, and here’s why.

Because it’s going to free you.

It’s going to remind you that you have one life, and one life only, to do all the things you want to do, to experience life to the fullest.

Life is too short to not have a f*ck it mindset.

I have this theory that people who truly reach their goals in life do so because they have a “fck it” mindset. They put in their minds the thing that they’re going to do and then just go do it. That’s it.
They say “fck it” to all the things that can get in the way,
thoughts and people included.

I missed an opportunity. Fck it, the next one is coming.
I’m scared. Fck it, I’m doing it scared.
This is hard. Fck it, I’m trying it anyway.
But people will think it’s cringe. Fck it.

Fck it. Be delusional about your dreams.
Fck it. Shoot your shot.
Fck it. Try again.
Fck it. Start something new in March on a Thursday in your 30s.
Fck it. Post the content.
Just fck it.

That’s it. That’s the game plan.
I hop you make this year your f*ck it year.
