AFFIRMATION OF THE WEEK

I am blessed today and everyday.

WHAT’S THE GAME PLAN?
DUST OFF YOUR KNEES

I haven’t been showing up for myself the way I expected to this year. And I mean that mentally, physically, and emotionally.

For the past couple of weeks I’ve been trying to pinpoint exactly what’s going on.

Did I burn myself out? Am I lacking motivation?
Do I even have the same drive or passion for my brand anymore?

Just when I thought I had all my systems figured out.
I had a great Q4, the newsletter was growing. I had more sign-ups than I had the previous two quarters, people reaching out to collaborate, new drops and plans in the works.

And yet, somehow all that momentum I had at the end of the year just flatlined.
I hit a mental roadblock.
But I can’t figure out what caused it, and that’s the frustrating part.

I don’t have all the answers. I wish I could say now exactly what caused it. But I can’t.

What I do know is, my gut is telling me to keep going. And I have to trust that.
And another thing I know for sure is that when I have a gut feeling, I know that’s God speaking to me.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the end goal
that we forget to celebrate the little wins.
The messages about people sharing how much they enjoy the page and those telling me how they enjoy reading the newsletter and that it inspires them to start something of their own.

Those are all signs.
Those are all signs from God to keep going.

Honestly, it took a lot for me to press send on this newsletter. Not because I don’t feel comfortable being vulnerable, but because I feel like people need to read this newsletter and feel like they can take some sort of value from it.
But sometimes, the value is being real.

If you’re feeling this, or have felt this way in the past, just know you’re not alone.
It’s not too late to dust off your knees,
take a deep breath and get back on track.

Remember, 1% better every day, and small wins are WINS!
