WHAT’S THE GAME PLAN?
STAY IN MOTION

In anything you do, the first step is one of the most important ones because it gives you momentum. Why is momentum important? Because that’s what keeps you in motion.
If you don’t move, there’s no motion and there’s no momentum. A lot of times we think, “Damn, I’m not growing or improving enough.” Well, are you moving?
Think about a basketball team or any team, when you say they have momentum. Momentum doesn’t necessarily mean they haven’t been losing, it just means they are on a streak and are hard to break or slow down.
Let me give you another example: For the past 90 days, my reach on Instagram has been lower than usual. Did I still have momentum? Yes. Did I stay in motion? Yes. I kept posting even though the reach was low because I knew the momentum I had would eventually pick up again.
If you have momentum, little losses here and there won’t deter you from the mission.
If you’re doing something consistently, you will build that momentum, and it will be hard to slow you down.
Here are 3 things on STAYING IN MOTION: ⬇️
1.TAKE THE FIRST STEP
The first step is crucial because it sets everything in motion. Whether it's starting a new project, a new workout routine, or a new habit, the initial action creates the momentum you need to keep going. Don’t worry about making the first step or even the first few steps perfect in the beginning, just start.
2. CONSISTENCY = MOMENTUM
Consistency is the key to maintaining momentum. If you do something regularly, you’ll find it easier to keep going. Each day doesn’t need the same level of intensity. The work just needs to get done. Think of it like building a habit; the more you do it, the more it becomes a part of your daily routine. Small, consistent actions lead to significant progress over time.
3.L’s WILL HAPPEN
Momentum helps you overcome obstacles. The reason why is because you’re on a mission. The little setbacks or challenges won’t break your momentum because you know you will keep doing what you need to do.
Even though my Instagram reach was low, I kept posting. I knew that by staying consistent, my momentum would eventually lead to better results.
That’s it. That’s the game plan.
Remember, every small step forward contributes to your momentum.
Stay in motion and don’t let minor setbacks break your progress.
Remember, 1% better every day, and small wins are WINS!
